Registration

All students must complete the registration form and the first full tuition payment is due prior to the first day of class. TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Open house and registration will be held at the studio on:

Note:  No Student will be allowed to participate in class until they have formally registered.

Dress Code

Creative - Pink Leotard   Level 2 - Navy Leotard
Pre-Ballet - Pink Leotard   Level 3 - Black Leotard
Intro. to Ballet - Pink Leotard   Level 4- Black Leotard
Level 1 - Light Blue Leotard   Level 5- Optional Leotard

All students wear Pink tights and Pink ballet slippers.
No skirts or leg warmers

For all classes, hair must be up and neatly fastened close to head. Please note, we strive to maintain a professional atmosphere for our students, therefore our dress code will be enforced at all levels.

Beginner-Intermediate and Advanced Ballet

Quarterly (9 weeks)

One 1 hr. Lesson per week $152.00
Two 1 1/4 hour Lessons per week $285.00
One 1 1/2 hour Lesson per week $162.00
Two 1 1/2 hour Lessons per week $300.00
Three 1 1/2 hour Lessons per week $375.00
Four 1 1/2 hour Lessons per week $460.00
Five 1 1/2 Hour Lessons per week $500.00
Additional 1/2 hour pointe $50.00
Two 1/2 hour pointe $85.00

Late Fees

There will be a $10.00 late fee assessed on any unpaid balance remaining after the second week of the quarter period.

Make-Up Lessons

Make-up lessons are offered for absence due to illness provided notification of the student's inability to attend classes has been received in advance by the school's director. Make-up lessons may be used only within the current quarter. Tuition credit is not given in place of make-up lessons.
